We’re looking for an individual who is energized by bringing people together and sharing your knowledge and love of the local area. This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and can express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity.
The Spa Manager is responsible for strategic planning of the Spa facility to include administrative, safety, and associate responsibilities. This person is responsible for staff development and aligning operations strategies and service initiatives to meet the hotels business objectives.

The Calistoga Motor Lodge and Spa is inspired by the traditions of American road trips in the 1950s; in addition to our warm and personal guest service, guest rooms, spa, unique guest activities, and restaurant, we offer guests the experience of our three mineral pools which are naturally fed by Calistoga hot springs.
