As a Solutions Architect, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and executing innovative, multi-channel customer communication strategies that drive awareness, onboard users, increase engagement, and convert trials into paid subscriptions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, customer experience, and strategic execution-perfect for a systems thinker who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys across email, in-app, push, and more-from onboarding through re-engagement and retention.
• Partner closely with Data Science, Product, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define customer journey requirements, translate them into scalable campaign architectures, and optimize their performance.
• Deliver high-impact onboarding experiences that help users understand product features, drive adoption, and move seamlessly from free trial to paid subscription.
• Own and orchestrate lifecycle campaigns within platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Braze.
• Monitor campaign and journey performance, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize via A/B testing and experimentation.
• Provide strategic insight into campaign efficacy and user behavior; use data to identify areas of improvement and innovation.
• Rapidly switch between projects and priorities, managing multiple lifecycle stages and campaign types in parallel.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation, best practices, and training resources for campaign orchestration.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience building and optimizing multi-channel customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, especially onboarding and engagement journeys.
• Strong background in marketing technology, campaign orchestration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Braze), and lifecycle strategy.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, identify performance trends, and drive actionable outcomes.
• Experience in solutions architecture or systems analysis related to marketing or customer experience platforms.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator-able to work cross-functionally and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting focus quickly while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration, churn management, and retention strategies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $75 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
