Northrop Grumman is looking for a Software Development Analyst to configure, install, and maintain Client Integrations to support Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, Florida
As part of our high-performing and skilled team, you will participate in cutting-edge plans to empower employees and build on success while transforming the client relationship. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, integrity, and performance of all systems components, such as applications and database and web servers while operating as a part of a supportive and accomplished application development team.

Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.

• Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.

• Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate duties with the systems administrator team.

• Review innovative technologies for existing and future projects.

• Support development teams to tune web application stacks.

• Configure and maintain web analytics systems.

• Assist other teams as needed.

• Help clients with any connectivity issues.

• Public Key Infrastructure.

• Identity and Access Management:  AD, ADFS, Keycloak.

• Information security compliance.

• Network protocols:  HTTPS, FTPS, LDAPS.

• Languages:  Java, Javascript, Powershell, ASP, DOS, HTML, XML, JSON, SAML.

• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).

• RedHat JBoss EAP application administration.

• IT Server Virtualization.

• Network Analysis Tools: Wireshark, Curl.

• Windows platform application administration.

• Software design requirements development.

• Software Development Lifecyle

• Technical Writing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience is required

• Candidates must have the ability to obtain a DOD Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment

• Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment

• Must have the ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT level II (or higher) security certification (examples: Security+ CE) within 6 months start date as a condition of continued employment

• Experience with Server/Client SW installation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

• Active DOD Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.

DoD 8570 IAT level II (or higher) security certification (examples: Security+ CE).

• Proficient in the development of technical solutions such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

• Understanding of general networking principles.

• Cloud architecture and integration experience.

• Experience with the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and developing scripts.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Exposure to web-based software development or operations.

• Internet Information Services (IIS) experience.

Salary Range: $77,200.00 - $134,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
