Our popular beauty client based in Coppell is looking to add a FULL-TIME Social Media Manager to join their dynamic in-house team immediately! This role is 100% onsite in Coppell, TX.
In this new and exciting role, the Social Media Manager will join an expanding digital team to support the fast, steady growth of the company. The Social Media Manager will be the SME on social media and will be a key player overseeing all the planning, execution, and analysis of all social media and content strategy while simultaneously always planning what is next to position the brand as a leader in the market.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and implementing social media strategy across multiple channels in conjunction with organic and paid channels to drive results, be inherently trend-forward, and be able to use data to optimize campaign success.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and influencer strategy
- Develop and deliver on clear and measurable goals for growth, engagement, ROI, and brand presence
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure campaigns are implemented, tracked correctly, and running optimally through analysis to improve predetermined KPIs (ex: device, demographics, geography, customer segment, etc.)
- Create and manage a dynamic social media and influencer calendar across all social channels to support key launches and campaigns.
- Establish goals and track KPIs to ensure campaigns are driving awareness, engagement, and brand growth
- Collaborate with functional and cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product launches - Manage monthly budgets, negotiate influencer contracts, and recruit top influencer creators
- Assist the Associate Director of Media and Digital and other department heads to align social media and influencer strategies with overall marketing and business goals
- Stay abreast of emerging social channels and onboard new channels that are a good fit for the brand.
- Monitor overall trends and remain knowledgeable of influencer marketing trends on social channels and adjust strategy, content, and work based on the latest platform updates and innovations
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with brand followers, fans, and consumers to foster a sense of community, enhance brand loyalty, and drive engagement - Work with leadership, marketing, and cross-functional partners to align Influencer programs with communications calendar, business goals, and to advance the brand's vision, mission, strategy, and culture.
- Discover and foster relationships with creators and influencers to build long-lasting relationships and cultivate strong brand advocates, achieving competitive retention rates and social reach
- Ensure all work aligns with company objectives and our brand identity
- Oversee a team and provide direction and mentorship to a team of four, including Content Creators, Community Specialists, and Social Media Specialists
Social Media Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of progressive experience in social media marketing
- Experience in consumer insights/research and utilizing data to drive decision making
- Reporting experience including pivot tables, campaign-specific overviews, targeting overviews etc., experience in Tableau is a plus
- Experience managing cross-channel marketing planning and execution
- Experience working on multiple campaigns/brands at once
- Experience working across multiple teams and allocating resources appropriately
- Leadership/mentorship experience - Paid media/digital experience is a plus
- Any experience and interest in skincare/beauty/CPG is a plus
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Coppell
- Must have an active TikTok, Instagram, or other social media handle to share and a relevant sample of something you created on a social media platform to help grow a TikTok or Instagram channel.
