Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $31.80.
The current full hourly range for this position is $31.80 - $33.50.

In this leadership role, you’ll serve as the on-site program director, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for all participants.
Site Leads supervise and support the full site team—including Curriculum Leads, Group Leads, and Assistant Group Instructors—while acting as the primary point of contact for program coordination and site management. You’ll help ensure high-quality implementation of curriculum, foster a positive site culture rooted in fun, safety, and inclusion, and communicate regularly with families, BTC leadership, and school partners.
This role is perfect for individuals with experience in youth programs, education, or recreation who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.

Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area
