We are hiring an Assembler for our client located in Irvine, CA!
If you're mechanically inclined and looking to grow in a hands-on production environment, this opportunity is for you. You'll play a key role in assembling and testing precision components while supporting quality and on-time delivery standards.

Position Summary:
The Assembler will accurately and efficiently assemble and test products to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules. This role may include lockwiring, subassembly, and final detailing functions on routine tasks. The ideal candidate will contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and follow direct supervisory guidance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test components using hand tools, power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, and inspection equipment.

• Record test results using electrical equipment and flow meters.

• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly routes, and test specifications.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

• Perform basic painting or finishing of parts with paint, lacquer, or glaze.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-free work environment.

• Actively support lean processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly calibrated according to schedule.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 year of mechanical assembly or related experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions.

• Comfortable using basic math, hand tools, and electronic measuring devices.

• Able to read blueprints and interpret technical documentation.

• Basic computer skills and ability to use systems like PMR, TORS, and email.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
