Responsibilities and capabilities:

  • Work closely with engineering team to support process improvement projects
  • Develop detailed process specifications for new processes
  • Review procedures and edit manufacturing instructions as needed
  • Contribute to resolve complex problems.
  • Recommend modifications/new equipment or fixtures to improve operational performance.
  • Maintain a high level of thoroughness and accuracy on all required paperwork
  • Coordinate the above activities with necessary internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in engineering degree program
  • Experience with MS office tools
  • Ability to work with cross-functional groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet quality requirements in daily work
  • Self starter, highly motivated, discipline work habit.

Compensation: $20 - $35/hour DOE
