Join Our Team in Downtown Beaumont, Texas

iSphere is on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our client's team onsite in downtown Beaumont. This long-term opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about providing top-notch technical support and eager to troubleshoot a variety of IT issues. If you have hands-on experience with Active Directory, application installations, ticketing systems, and network troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to end users both in person and remotely.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office, VPN connectivity, and general networking problems.
  • Manage and update Active Directory accounts and permissions efficiently.
  • Install and configure various software applications as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions using our ticketing system (experience with Fresh Service is a plus).
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve recurring issues and implement best practices.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory for user and permission management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Fresh Service experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies for remote access support.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience working in an onsite support environment.
