Our client is looking for a SEO Manager to join their in-house digital team.
HOURS PER WEEK AND HOURLY / SALARY EXPECTATIONS:
- If you are seeking opportunities around $30-$35/hour ($60-$70K), the client has budget to allocate ~40 hours/week
- If you are seeking opportunities around $40-$45/hour ($80 - $90K), the client has budget to allocate ~30 hours/week
- This role is contract-to-hire, with the expectation to convert EOY 2025
HYBRID/ONSITE DETAILS:
- Onsite 4 days week in the western suburbs to get up to speed and onboarded. Once onboarded, there is more flexibility at onsite / hybrid expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Conduct keyword research and analyze site traffic to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with content creators, creative teams, and developers on SEO best practices
- Assist with metadata properties and technical SEO implementation
- Partner with PR / Communication internal teams on keyword strategy
- Work with key stakeholders to present performance trends and recommendations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 3+ years' of SEO experience, with a strong foundation in keyword research and analysis
- Experience with SEO monitoring and keyword research tools - experience with aHrefs is preferred but not required. Other tools that are a 'nice to have' include SEO Moz, Google Ad Words, etc
- Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate insights to stakeholders and be confident
- Patient and persistent mindset - SEO results take time
- Curious mindset, self-driven personality; enjoys working independently but also excited to be apart of a small digital team
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
