We are seeking a Senior Supply Project Lead to join our team. The Senior Supply Project Lead will report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and own category strategies, sourcing execution, supplier qualification, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, technical fluency, and the ability to drive cost savings and mitigate risk. You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement, optimizing internal processes and using data analytics and market intelligence to enhance performance and lower total cost of ownership. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you align internal teams and external partners to drive results and deliver on complex customer expectations.

We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $115,000–$135,000 annually.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
* 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and project-based procurement
* Background in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or nuclear
* Prior experience partnering with sales and engineering in development of customer proposals
* Strong understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements
* Demonstrated success in contract development, negotiation, and supplier performance management
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and sourcing analytics tools
* Experience managing suppliers across commodities such as machining, fabrication, precision assembly, and controls
* Familiarity with industry regulations (ISO 9001, AS9100, NQA-1)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
* Ability to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in build-to-print or design/build project-based environments
* Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPM
* Ability to lead sourcing workstreams for customer proposals, compliance matrices, and contract execution
