What You Will Be Doing
Join Titleist R&D as a Senior Software Engineer and play a key role in developing the next generation of data visualization and analysis tools that drive innovation in golf club design. This is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of software engineering and advanced sports science. As a Unity and C# expert, you’ll build immersive applications that support everything from lab measurement data archiving and 3D swing analysis to finite element simulations and machine learning. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, biomechanists, and tour professionals to transform complex performance data into intuitive, real-time insights. From creating novel algorithms and maintaining secure, scalable applications to contributing to patentable innovations, your work will directly impact the performance of the world’s best golf products. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in software engineering, supporting complex applications
Strong ability to merge business processes with technical solutions
Proficient in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java)
Experience with 3D graphics development (DirectX, OpenGL, WebGL)
Skilled in asynchronous and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA, background workers)
Familiar with SQL databases (SQLite, SQL Server) and API development (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON)
Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js)
Experience with cloud storage integration (e.g., AWS S3, Box.com)
Knowledge of enterprise-level N-tier application development
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Skilled in system architecture, requirements gathering, and documentation
Proficient in software testing (unit, performance) and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and manage mid-to-large scale projects
