Schedule:
Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week. Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay and Incentive Plan:
Starting Pay: $24.66 per hour

Purpose of Position:
We are looking for two Senior Relationship Bankers, that want to bring their knowledge and experience, to our busy Mount Read and Long Pond offices. These positions are accountable for helping members recognize and obtain the most appropriate solutions, at the right time for their financial needs, all while building long-term mutually beneficial relationships. In addition, these positions will also collaborate in continuing to make ESL a great place to work by supporting branch leadership in achieving the team's goals.
Accountabilities:
Help members recognize and find the right solutions, at the right time to their financial needs, all while building long-term mutually beneficial relationships and supporting the achievement of business results. This includes:
- Develop, maintain and deepen relationships with existing and prospective members
- Serve as a primary point of contact for complex banking or member needs
- Assess members financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Provide guidance on products such as checking/savings accounts, credit products, retirement solutions, and lending options
- Support branch leadership in achieving team performance goals
Engage in supporting the key building blocks to ESL’s success including:
- Modeling ESL’s core values - Accountability, Caring about people, Teamwork, Initiative and Integrity
- Engaging in continuous self development and career development
- Utilize knowledge and experience to further career progression
- Engage in mentoring and coaching
- Support a culture of teamwork, recognition, growth and communication
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
- Three years in sales/service in the financial services or comparable industry required
- Broad understanding of the financial services industry
- Proficient in making outbound calls to provide solutions to our customers
- Demonstrate skills and behaviors required for career progression
- Strong, communication, problem solving and decision making abilities
- A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
- Proficient in building customer and peer relationships
- Proficient in PC applications
- Notary preferred; if not obtain within 12 months of filling role
- Must complete submission of application and fingerprinting to the NMLS (Nationwide Multisite Licensing System) and successfully be registered as an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) through ESL
