This position reports to the Director of Organization Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with Corporate leaders and HR partners on organization transformations, reorganizations, realignments, and large-scale organization interventions.
• Diagnose organizational needs and develop comprehensive solutions to increase leader, team and organization effectiveness.
• Drive change management efforts in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners
• Collaborate internally to implement strategies that create systemic cultural shifts and increased leadership effectiveness across the sector.
• Provide expertise and facilitation for teams and leadership interventions.
• Design, organize, and facilitate sessions for leaders and employees on key topics
• Provide expertise and support to talent processes

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience or Master's degree and at least 10 years of experience
• Experience consulting, designing and facilitating organizational transformation and change management initiatives with substantial project management responsibilities.
• Proven experience facilitating large scale transformation and culture change efforts.
• Experience leading organizational assessments that result in strategies which improve organizational performance and business outcomes.
• Application of adult learning principles and demonstrated experience designing and facilitating workshops and senior leadership meetings.
• Organization design experience, including implementation of new structures and operating models.
• Experience as an internal or external consultant.
Preferred Qualification:
• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources Management, or Human Resources.
• Professional certifications in Change Management (Prosci certification preferred), Organization Design and Organization Development
Salary Range: $141,400.00 - $212,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
