Our Printing Client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale their marketing department.
This role requires a results-driven leader with strong experience in marketing strategy, team leadership, automation tools, and a deep understanding of the print and packaging landscape. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand storytelling, performance metrics, and building scalable programs to enter new markets and launch new product lines.
This client will not provide relocation and prefers candidates already in the Bend, Tualatin + surrounding areas OR someone already planning to move to Oregon.
This Senior Marketing Manager will:
- Manage and mentor a growing Graphic Design & Marketing team (5-8 people), fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth, demand generation, and market expansion.
- Build and manage the annual marketing budget; allocate resources across campaigns, events, and channels for maximum ROI.
- Oversee and optimize marketing automation workflows via Salesforce and Pardot (or equivalent platforms).
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns including email, digital, print, and direct mail.
- Plan and execute tradeshows, industry events, and customer engagements that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Spearhead the marketing launch of new products and services from the ground up, especially in emerging verticals.
- Own brand consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations for continual improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage external relationships with a verity of print vendors
This Senior Marketing Manager must:
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ people
- Have experience in healthcare, specifically hospital systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of the print marketing and packaging industry
- Experience launching new products or entering new markets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially in healthcare, cannabis and luxury goods
- Familiarity with sustainability trends in packaging
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media strategy, and content marketing best practices
