Position Responsibilities:
Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Production Manager.
Manages daily activities, including Manufacturing Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review
Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
