This role will sit within the IAM Governance team executing Identify and Access Management (IAM) security controls to assess and validate how lines of business adhere to IAM domain policy requirements for user provisioning, certification, authentication.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
  • Perform a risk review and analysis of technical evidence for completeness and accuracy
  • Provide guidance to internal customers for increased adherence to policy requirements
  • Provide advanced data aggregation and analysis to support IAM Control execution and reporting
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals during control execution
  • Interact with internal line of business customers on policy adherence initiatives providing education, awareness, reporting and support
  • Mentor less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management principles such as authentication, certification and authorization
  • Information Security 3rd Party risk and audit experience
  • Experience conducting policy adherence in a technical environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically under pressure
  • Proven experience is conducting Information risk assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working cross functionally with IT, compliance and business stakeholders
  • Experience working in financial industry with heavy regulatory environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience managing complex work across matrixed organizations and stakeholder groups

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
