Position Responsibilities:
Analyzes financial performance for the company and provides leadership with financial decision making and provides insightful recommendations and ideas for process improvement
Provide timely, insightful, actionable, and accurate financial reporting, analysis and recommendations to key areas in the company
Facilitates all processes and tools associated with annual business planning, forecasting, month-end close activities and monthly plan stewardship reporting
Create operational financial reports for the business and execute monthly reviews of the financial performance versus plan and prior year
Create and execute ad-hoc reporting requests and provide recommendations for process improvements in reporting and analysis
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 8 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
