Senior Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, with a passion for creating visually compelling and user-friendly digital products. The Senior Designer will play a key role in developing innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and drive brand value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to deliver effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across digital products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related role.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, and visual communication.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for web design.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, UI design, or 3D rendering.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and prototyping techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
