Senior Copywriter (~20 hours p/w, B2B Real Estate experience needed)

Note: At this time, we will not be prioritizing talent who have full-time commitments or only have bandwidth after hours/on the weekend - you will need to have some degree of bandwidth during the workday to collaboratively work with our client.
Position Overview
Our client, a well known development company in Boston with strong in-house agency, is looking to hire a part-time (up to 20 hours per week) Senior Copywriter with B2B Real estate experience to support their internal Marketing & Creative Team.
The Senior Copywriter will be supporting ad hoc projects that come through that include B2B projects like generating copy for emails, leasing collateral, presentations - this will be more strategy-focused as it's a different audience with different objectives.
Since this position is ~20 hours per week the team would like to establish a mutually beneficial schedule (e.g. 8-10am M-F) to set availability expectations. At this time, we will not be prioritizing "moonlighters" - you will need to have some degree of bandwidth during the workday to collaboratively work with our client.
Someone who comes from big names in the retail, fashion, or lifestyle space will do very well in this role. Looking forward to receiving your application!
