The applications in which our products are used are typically in the higher-performance, higher-power segments of the market segments we serve. Our products are sold worldwide to customers ranging from small to large global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), their contract manufacturers (CM's) and internationally to distributors who support their supply chains. Our Advanced Products serve customers concentrated in the High Performance Computing, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial and Automotive markets. Applications range from powering advanced processors in server motherboards and artificial intelligence accelerator cards and systems, server rack power conversion, radar systems, industrial automation, instrumentation, test equipment, solid state lighting, telecommunications and networking infrastructure, and mild hybrid and pure electric vehicle (EV) automobiles. Our Brick Products serve customers in aerospace and defense electronics, industrial automation, industrial equipment, instrumentation and test equipment, and transportation (notably in rail and heavy equipment applications).

Under general supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager, the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator performs accounts payable functions such as; vouchering AP invoices with two-way and three-way matching with purchase orders using Esker, our third-party invoice processing software and SAP S4 Hana.

* Prepare weekly invoice allocation files.
* Work with vendors and internal teams to track and resolve issues including price or quantity discrepancies.
* Perform weekly audit accuracy of vendor master file changes through Simple MDG.
* Assist in preparation of wire packets, applying payments on manual checks and rotation of processing of weekly check runs.
* Assist with management of third-party payment software CorPay including resolving outstanding payments.
* Process Concur expense reports weekly, including confirming coding accuracy.
* Perform month-end duties such as but not limited to monthly accruals, reclass Journal Entries, reconciliations and reporting.
* Become a super user for all related software, assist with training and act as a liaison between internal teams for support.
* Provide support during quarterly and annual audits.
* Assist in preparation of 1099 files.
* Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

* Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of AP experience preferred.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* High attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
* Ability to problem solve and communicate issues effectively.
* Take direction well from all levels of Management.
* Experience with third party payment software and invoice processing a plus.
* SAP experience required, preferably S4 Hana.
* General accounting knowledge.

Salary Range:

$54,000 - $75,000
