You will be a Security Representative / Contractor Security Officer (CSSO) for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business.

What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security professional / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL. The candidate will perform program security duties supporting a large program.
As the Security Representative / Contractor Security Officer (CSSO) your responsibilities will include:

* All aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoDM 5205.07, National Industrial Security Program, Operating Manual (NIPSOM), the NISPOM Overprint, ICD 705, and others as applicable.
* Program briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education..

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN A company-sponsored secret with an investigation within the last five years is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
* This position requires applicants to have an active Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five years.
* Candidate must be able to obtain a Top-Secret
clearance upon employment. This position also
requires an enhanced security review IAW Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
* Basic computer skills, public speaking, and
communication skills.
* Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and personnel security clearances.
* Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
* Experience in Building and Maintaining tracking
spreadsheets/databases.
* Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
Desired Skills:
* Minimum of an Associates degree
* Experience with security clearances, JADE, SIMS, DISS, SAP, and SCI Facility security
compliance.
* Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
* Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of
Microsoft Office.
Have a Top Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
