As a Security Professional - Residential Concierge in White Plains, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .
As a Front Desk Security Officer in a residential setting, you will be stationed at the main entrance, greeting residents and visitors while monitoring access to the building. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and you will provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting with any concerns. You will maintain detailed logs and communicate clearly with both residents and team members, reflecting our values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity. This role is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented and committed to creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner while monitoring access to the residential location.
- Carry out security procedures and follow site-specific policies at the front desk.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of visitors, deliveries, and any security-related incidents.
- Assist residents and guests with inquiries and provide customer service as needed.
- Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for the residential environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- New York Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
