As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Baltimore, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, Government and more .
As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team and upholding the highest standards of integrity and reliability. This role is ideal for individuals who are agile, adaptable, and committed to putting people first while supporting a secure environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing, industrial, and government locations and their perimeters. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
- Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access or activities within the assigned location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of Maritime Security Training is required and may be completed post hire.
- A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential TWIC card is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
