Position Overview: Foot Patrol, CCTV Monitoring, and Access Control

We are hiring a Full-time Security Shift Supervisor for TYSON at 1500 Plum Creek Pkwy in Lexington, NE.

Job Details:

* Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour
* Schedule: Mornings and Evening Shifts Available
* Duties: You will maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors. This includes issuing access badges and performing regular foot patrols throughout the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Prior Security experience preferred, but not required, or a customer service background.
* Skills: Comfortable using technology devices
* Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
