As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas by vehicle and/or on foot. Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the logistics and distribution environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol.
- Support Allied Universal in maintaining a secure environment by following all post orders and client instructions specific to the logistics and distribution setting.

Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
