What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous experience.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters and/or emergencies.
- Support security-related procedures and protocols specific to chemical and petrochemical environments, including awareness of potential hazards.
- Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
- Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
