We are seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area for a 6-month assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent accuracy in data processing, and can work independently to meet deadlines.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed.
  • Organize and file digital and physical records in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist with data clean-up and quality control efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and data integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • All other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Work Environment/Physical Demands


This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is a largely sedentary role, however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift up to 15 lbs., open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work


This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
