Position Summary:
The Program Specialist plays a vital role in the planning, execution, and optimization of key programs that drive adoption, engagement, and success with the Scout platform. This individual will be responsible for managing various program components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring programs align with company objectives and deliver measurable impact. The Program Specialist will leverage their strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the Scout customer lifecycle to create and implement effective program initiatives.
Essential Functions
● Program Execution and Coordination: Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned program components, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate activities across various internal teams, including Sales, Development, Product, and Operations.
● Program Planning and Development: Assist in the definition of program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals. Contribute to the development of program plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
● Content and Resource Creation: Develop and/or contribute to the creation of program-related content, including training materials, guides, communication templates, and other resources.
● Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with Director of Client Success, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. Facilitate meetings and ensure effective information sharing.
● Data Tracking and Analysis: Monitor program performance using relevant metrics and KPIs. Collect, analyze, and report on program data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
● Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline program processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall participant experience.
● Platform Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of Scout's platform and how it supports program objectives.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and integrated execution.
● Documentation: Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and best practices.
● Training and Enablement: Assist in the development and delivery of training and enablement sessions related to program initiatives for internal teams and/or clients.


Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications).
● 1 year of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
● Proficiency in customer service platforms (Zendesk)
● Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
● Experience with customer success principles and the SaaS customer lifecycle is a plus. ● Familiarity with CRM and other relevant business software.
● Ability to work successfully with teams and to creatively and respectfully collaborate.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8 hours per day
● Remote position.
