Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at NextEra Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce functionalities. The Salesforce BA will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans for developers and other IT teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.

Proficiency in creating detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is preferred.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
