Job Description: Telemarketing Sales Specialist

Rare Collectibles TV is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team as Telemarketing Sales Specialists at our new satellite office. If you enjoy connecting with customers and sharing the historical story of collectible numismatic gold and silver coins, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

* Work Schedule:

* Full-time, Monday - Friday in office

* Compensation:

* Hourly rate plus commission on sales

Responsibilities:

- Contact existing Rare Collectibles TV customers who have received their orders, with no cold calling required

- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.

- Collaborate with a dynamic team in an in-office environment

- Participate in on-the-job sales and product training

- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by effectively closing sales.

Skills:

* Strong phone presence and experience making high volumes of calls daily (100+).

* Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Ability to build rapport with customers

* Sales-driven mindset with a passion for numismatic coins

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Willingness to learn and grow within the company
