What We Offer:

• $20 per hour starting pay + lucrative bonuses

• Flexible schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8am–1pm or 9am–2pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connecting with businesses to offer tailored staffing solutions

• Building relationships through cold calling, referrals, and networking

• Maintaining and growing partnerships with existing customers

• Becoming a trusted advisor who helps companies achieve their goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior phone and outside sales experience (required)

• A motivated self-starter who can begin immediately

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Confidence, professionalism, and a drive to exceed goals

• Someone who thrives on building relationships and making connections
