Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, business analytics, and sales incentive compensation management. This role will support functional and stakeholder areas, helping to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and optimize sales processes.
  • Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Process: Understand and manage CPQ processes within Salesforce and OMS.
  • Business Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and business reports using Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Sales Incentive Compensation: Manage and roll out sales incentive plans, including deep territory management.
  • Forecasting and CRM Tooling: Oversee the implementation and management of CRM tools, product requirements, and sales metrics.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide functional support to various stakeholder groups, helping them navigate sales processes and get deals through the system.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of CPQ processes.
  • Experience in business analytics, including dashboard creation and KPI development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Nice to Have:
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with Power BI.
