• Build and Grow Client Relationships: Develop and manage a portfolio of local businesses by understanding their needs and crafting customized marketing solutions.
• Generate New Business: Use strategic prospecting and consultative sales techniques to identify and convert leads into loyal clients.
• Deliver Impactful Presentations: Demonstrate the value of our print, digital, and event marketing solutions with compelling proposals.
• Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through consistent performance.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends and enhance your skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission potential ($50,000 – $75,000+ total annually). Comprehensive Benefits:

Traditional Advertising:

• Print advertising in the Citrus County Chronicle, Marion Citizen, and Riverland News
• Special section sponsorships

  What You Bring:

• Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years in sales (advertising or media sales a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including lead generation and social media.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation abilities and relationship-building expertise.
• Self-Motivated: A hunter mentality with the drive to seek new business and exceed targets.
• Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and insurance.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
