Compensation:

Commission Earning Potential $45,000 to $85,000+

Guaranteed draw per pay-period

Summary:

Our successful Sales Design Consultants are energetic, motivated, and creative. This role is the face of Scan Design and the bridge between the client and the company. The Sales Design Consultant serves clients one on one, builds relationships, and creates beautiful projects, while providing excellent customer service at every step. This is a full-time, commissioned position with a guaranteed draw. The schedule is a 5 day workweek. Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

General Responsibilities

• Create design projects
• Select components from our collection to create a unique and purposeful space for each client
• Assist clients with their design needs through solution focused presentations and sales
• Prepare sketches using Floor Planner software for client presentation
• Support the client relationship through home visits to measure spaces, introduce options, and maximize project
• Manage the client experience from start to finish
• Create and maintain positive and professional relationships both inside and outside the store
• Maintain a professional appearance that is fitting of the environment in which we work

• Previous experience in interior design or other related fields
• Proven sales experience
• Familiarity with design software platforms preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bi-lingual a plus
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license
