Job Description:
SaaS Cloud Systems AdministratorContract Duration: 1+ year (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Location: Fully Remote
We’re seeking a highly experienced SaaS Cloud Systems Administrator to lead and support complex cloud-based initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SaaS developer tools, cloud technologies, and AI integration. You’ll work with a team of great mentors and have the opportunity to influence cloud strategy and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex technical projects with significant business impact
- Configure and optimize SaaS cloud systems to meet organizational needs
- Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned workstreams
- Promote modern cloud methodologies and market trends
- Review and refine functional and technical deliverables
- Align product roadmaps with SaaS vendor release cycles
- Manage the full SDLC from requirements to deployment
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
- Design and document technical solutions for system requirements
- Enhance internal practices, procedures, and documentation
- Build strong relationships with team members and leadership
- Lead medium to large-scale projects and mentor junior staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7–10 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in SaaS cloud developer tools:
- Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
- Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS)
- Generative AI chatbots
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, ADO, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SaaS cloud data flows (notifications, integrations, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI concepts for application design, planning, and administration
