An established Illinois-based candy company is seeking a Route Sales & Service Specialist to support our growing sales team. This full-time role involves traveling across a multi-state region to manage vacation coverage and ensure high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely delivery and replenishment of candy and snack products
• Merchandising and ordering using handheld technology
• Maintaining strong customer relationships on assigned routes
• Upholding company standards for service and product presentation
