Our financial services client is seeking a freelance Research Assistant to support the team with building and maintaining a prospect list. This role involves contacting state and county education departments to gather contact information for the prospect list.
This role is fully remote, 40 hours a week for 4 weeks.
Research Assistant Responsibilities:
- Research and compile contact information for prospects in the school systems
- Communicate with state and county offices to obtain data
- Maintain and update the prospect list regularly in Excel
- Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness
Research Assistant Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must have experience building out prospects lists
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
