This position is remote but you must be willing to come to Miami for occasional office visits. Freelance, 40 hours /week EST business hours, to possible permanent position.

Position Overview
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies across various platforms to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity to optimize campaigns effectively and ensure a high return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and social media channels.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Manage agency relationships and oversee the execution of paid media campaigns to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate paid media strategies with Shopify for effective product promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in paid media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Shopify.
• Experience with Amazon advertising and managing agency relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign performance.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
