We are seeking a Lead TPM to work with various clients. Our mission at Apex Systems is providing Insights that Inspire. As a TPM you will help achieve that mission by giving our clients consultative guidance and technical expertise.
Responsibilities

• 10+ years of proven experience in project performance, Programme Management Office (PMO), BA, Scrum Master, Product Owner duties
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
• Experience managing all core components of project delivery (scope, activities, risks, financials, benefits, stakeholders, reporting).
• Extensive experience working across business functions to adopt and improve internal organizational performance management solutions, driving efficient delivery of best outcomes for the project and organization.
• Ability to identify, develop, implement, and track metrics, measurements, and OKRs/KPIs for understanding performance against targets, industry peers, competitors, and objectives.
• Strong understanding and experience with application development, system implementation, and project/product lifecycles, including their associated opportunities and limitations.
• Knowledge and experience around testing practices, having basic understanding of manual test plans and best practices
• Ability to collect and analyze data from different sources (e.g., project boards, financial systems, data stores, SQL, etc.) and using appropriate tools to make meaningful programme decisions.
• Knowledge of a broad range of techniques for conducting technical analysis and interpreting data into insights to drive change.
• Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on developing team members and promoting their growth.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and create innovative solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
This is a multifaceted role that goes beyond the typical responsibilities of a Scrum Master. In addition to Scrum, the individual will act as a Business Analyst, product owner, etc. This is a senior-level position requiring experience in application development and a solid understanding of technical requirements given the complexity of the project. This role integrates traditional project and program management, agile delivery, and product management to establish a framework and direction for projects.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Project Planning and Management: Developing detailed project plans, setting timelines, defining milestones, and managing resources to ensure the successful delivery of technical projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, product, design, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, technical requirements, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues while ensuring that the technical aspects of the project align with business objectives. This is crucial as the team’s product owner/SME isn’t technical, and this person will need to guide and manage this stakeholder closely.
• Technical Knowledge: Having a solid understanding of the technology stack and development processes and lifecycle. They need to effectively communicate technical challenges and provide solutions, without necessarily being hands-on in coding or engineering tasks.
• Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identifying potential risks early in the project and working proactively to mitigate them. They will identify and address roadblocks and find ways to keep the project on track.
• Agile Methodology: Working within an Agile framework, running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and ensure iterative progress.
• Program Oversight: Managing multiple related projects (a “program”) under a larger initiative, ensuring all projects move forward cohesively and in line with overall strategic goals.
• Writing User Stories in translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Demonstrating features and updates to stakeholders.
• Participating in decisions regarding the integration of software packages and programs.
• Working with Technical Leads to refining technical requirements to support continuous development.
• Assist with performing manual testing activities when needed
• Leading scrum ceremonies and holding demos with the team to help deliver products to business stakeholders.
• Conveying detailed technical knowledge by speaking to engineering teams in their own language.
• Big-picture thinking with the ability to relate business value to solutions to end-to-end system architecture and its interdependencies.
• Understanding fundamental system limitations and the associated architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing large programs of work.
• Ability to navigate through change and shifting priorities.
