Responsibilities
Process orders and generate quotes
Field calls and emails direct from clients and process these orders
Process issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries through to error resolution)
Create and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solution
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging customer interactions
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to solve issues
Ability to work with a team and independently
