We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and a personalized experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion, outstanding communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on memberships, and special events.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Support order processing, shipping inquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and insights.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Comfortable working in both in-person and remote environments.
Experience with POS and CRM systems is a plus.
