We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our team and drive our PM optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize PM processes, ensuring all necessary data is accurately entered and maintained in the Maximo system.
• Maximo Software Management: Conduct PM audits using Maximo, identifying discrepancies and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the system. Maximo is our globally used electronic computerized management system.
• Plant and Lab Environment: Work in both plant and lab environments, applying maintenance and reliability expertise to ensure smooth operations.
• Shop Floor and Office Work: Split time between the office and the shop floor, engaging in hands-on tasks and collaborating with various teams.
• Industry-Specific Tasks: Apply knowledge from food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environments, with a focus on bottle packaging processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance and reliability within a plant environment. Familiarity with lab maintenance is a plus.
• Maximo Proficiency: Strong emphasis on experience with Maximo software, including conducting PM audits and maintaining system integrity.
• Education: STEM degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Comfortable on the Shop Floor: Ability to work comfortably on the shop floor, engaging in hands-on tasks and collaborating with plant personnel.
• Other Titles: Candidates with titles such as Process Engineer or Maintenance Engineer with a focus on reliability are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Background:

• Industry Experience: Candidates from food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environments are preferred.
• Bottle Packaging: Experience in bottle packaging processes is highly desirable.
