Join our Raymond Team as a Regional Leasing Program Advisor!
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Leasing Program Advisor to join our team. This role is critical to strengthening and expanding Raymond Leasing’s relationships with our Service and Support Centers. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Promote and manage Raymond Leasing finance programs across an assigned dealer territory.
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) to build relationships with Raymond dealers and customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Retail, and Funding teams to support customer financing needs.
- Train and enable dealers on finance programs, commercial policies, and lease origination systems.
- Ensure compliance with all leasing policies and drive finance volume and market share goals.
- Support remarketing efforts, review asset maturities, and facilitate in-territory resale of returned equipment.
- Deliver customer service solutions and respond to funding, credit, or operational escalations.
- Provide field insights to improve program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 + years of professional sales experience
- 2 + years of sales experience in the commercial finance/banking industry
- Extensive knowledge of leasing and financing structures, including capital leases, operating leases, and full-service finance solutions—preferably within the Material Handling or Capital Equipment sectors.
What Sets You Apart:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in financing and leasing of forklift equipment.
- High proficiency in financial calculations including lease payments, residual values, amortization, and interest rate structures.
- Strong ability to assess customer financial needs and align leasing strategies to support growth and operational goals.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; skilled in cultivating trust-based relationships across peers, customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of crafting professional correspondence and articulating complex concepts clearly.
- Confident and polished public speaker with the ability to effectively present leasing solutions to small and large audiences.
- General understanding of Raymond’s full product line, along with awareness of competitor offerings and market positioning.

- Enjoy the advantages of a hybrid work schedule—collaborate in person at our Greene, New York headquarters while maintaining the flexibility to work remotely.
- This role requires up to 75% travel, primarily within the assigned regional territory, to engage with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $111,000 - $142,900 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
