Full Job Description
Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay range: $23 - $25/Hr
Job Description:
- As a recruiting coordinator (contract), you will assist in the entry of important data and manage all aspects of coordination/logistics including; candidate pipeline status, ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the interview process, scheduling, and more.
- Manage an effective and high-touch coordination process for global candidates, hiring teams, and executive stakeholders
- Schedule interviews to ensure candidates have an amazing experience
- Gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
- Manage recruiting and HR data transactions, including data entry for job requisition and new hire information
- Support Employer Branding and Events outreach
- Assist high-priority sourcing efforts
- Working experience in supporting recruitment or human resources teams
- Experience managing scheduling or event logistics
- You have outstanding communication and organizational skill, as well as high attention to detail
- You have the ability to prioritize multiple and diverse objectives
- Experience with Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse
- Experience maintaining HR systems, such as Workday
- Experience with a ticketing system, such as ServiceNow.
