Full Job Description
Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Houston, TX
Job Summary:
- The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our recruiting efforts, focusing on scheduling, coordination, and candidate management.
- Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn: Utilize Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn to manage and track candidates.
- Availability: Maintain availability during extended recruiting hours (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM) to accommodate candidate and hiring manager schedules.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for recruiting purposes.
- Chemical manufacturing industry is plus.
