Volt is immediately hiring a Receptionist & Switchboard - in CANONSBURG, Pennsylvania 15317

As a Receptionist & Switchboard, you will be responsible for:

Answering phone calls, greeting guests, sorting out minimal mail. The manager is looking for someone who is customer service oriented, has a positive attitude, and is a self-starter.
Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls
Responsible for updating the automated messaging center daily
Responsible for ordering, maintaining and distributing promotional items for Promotional Store.
Responsible for the timely updates of the following: Company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board and Company Calendar.

Location: CANONSBURG, Pennsylvania 15317
Duration: 6+ Months contract
Pay: $17.02 /hr - $ 21.56 /hr

Shift - 1st Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
