Our client, an insurance company located in Boston, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team for 2-3 months. The hours for this role are 10am-6pm and it is compensating $20 an hour. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for providing extraordinary service to internal and external clients. Research customer concerns and take accountability through resolution.
Oversee operation of switchboard and transferring calls.
Complete daily department indexing, tracking and sorting, facilitating department celebrations, and assisting with projects of primary importance.
Provide training for associates who will act as support for reception responsibilities.
Support customer inquiries making sure to find the "Yes "opportunity with each customer interaction.
Schedule flexibility to address unexpected coverage gaps, including executive support for out of office coverage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of overall work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Thrives both independently and in groups in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong research, problem solving and organizational skills.
