Job Description
As a Loan Processer in Bank Operations, you will be responsible for handling legal and financial transactions, maintaining account integrity, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research internal systems and reports in response to levies and legal matters.
- Process complex financial transactions including:
- Deposits and withdrawals
- General ledger balancing and reconciliation
- Payment posting and account adjustments
- W-8 and W-9 document handling
- Execute account status changes and maintenance.
- Review documents and contact clients to resolve Client Identification Program (CIP) alerts.
Main Duties
- Search databases and reports for client relationship evidence.
- Identify and resolve client issues within established guidelines.
- Post, research, and balance legal ledger entries.
- Meet daily and time-sensitive deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrate knowledge of banking and accounting fundamentals.
- Strive for proficiency in all job areas.
- Generate and present formal reports.
- Proactively assess client needs and escalate complex issues as needed.
Experience Required
- Years of Experience: 1–2+ years in a relevant financial or banking operations role.
