As a Quality Control Inspector, you will:
This is a Temp to perm opportunity.
The ideal Quality Control Inspector candidate will have:
Regularly exposed to the manufacturing plant environment. Potential exposure may include, but is not limited to: solvents, dusts, noise, heat, outside weather conditions, cramped spaces, and building construction areas. Potential physical demands include but are not limited to frequent walking and standing, occasional climbing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, lifting, carrying, handling, pushing, and pulling.
Shift: 1st shift - 5:00am - 3:30pm (10-hr shift)
1st shift - 6:00am - 4:30pm (10-hr shift)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will:
- Audit, identify suspect products and notify appropriate areas in a timely manner.
- Navigate, enter data, report and manage numerous IT systems, including: AS400, QSI, HQMS, SharePoint, SafetyCulture and Microsoft Office software.
- Use various measuring instruments such as gauges, torque wrenches or other inspection tools to determine compliance with established specifications.
This is a Temp to perm opportunity.
The ideal Quality Control Inspector candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED; plus at least 90 days of experience in a production environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Desire for continuous improvement and learning new skills is required.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- Basic mathematical skills are required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blue prints to include procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
- A demonstrated willingness for continual learning and skill development is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours and off-shifts, including weekends, is required.
- Ability to fill in and assist when needed in other areas of the factory is required.
- Good attendance and safety record is required.
