Full Job Description
Quality Assurance Manager (Naugatuck, CT) Culture Fresh Foods, Inc. Oversee QA & management. Direct & manage quality programs, such as: GMP's, HACCP, SQF, FSMA. Test finished goods & inbound materials. Collab with ingredient vendors & address issues. Support creation of a comprehensive dashboard, highlighting KPis. Lead quality-related training for new hires and refresher training. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Reqs: Masters in Food Science, Microbiology, or rltd + 2 yrs exp in job offered & skills: PCQI, HAACP & SQF. Travel required 1-2x / yr to trade events at unanticipated locations throughout the US.
